 Prof. Dr. B. Sendilkumar, Dean and Director of Allied Health Sciences at Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation - Deemed to be University (VMRF-DU), on being honored with the prestigious award for "Excellence in Academic and Health Sciences Leadership" at the 9th Higher Education Innovation and Technology Summit and awards.

This recognition highlights his outstanding contributions to academic leadership and health sciences, showcasing his dedication to excellence in education and innovation. The collaboration with esteemed organizations like the Ministry of MSME, NSDC, NCVET, and Skill India adds significant value to this achievement.

Dean Prof.Dr.B.Sendilkumar ,Dean,AHS had been invited as a Guest speaker at tbe DPHIICON 2025,6th International Conference organized by the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine under the theme Resilient Public Health System.He had shared the forum with International and National experts in the field . He gave an insightful talk on Health System Preparedness for Disaster and the role of health care institutions that was very well appreciated by the 1000 plus participants.

We are delighted to be the award winners under the category "Outstanding Contribution to Industry Academic Collaboration".The award was bestowed by Services Export Promotion Council(SEPC),set up by Ministry of Commerce and Industry,GoI.Tbe awarding ceremony took place at the 2nd International Conference on Transforming Higher Education and Skilling towards VIKSIT BHARAT@2047 and Education Excellence Awards 2025 in New Delhi and the award was give by Dr.Abhay Sinha,Director General of SEPC and Ms.Alison Barret,Country Direcor of British Council. This award is yet another  proof that showcases our student centric competency based teaching and learning approach.

 Our Dean Prof.Dr.B.Sendilkumar has received the Bharat Shikshan Ratna Award by Dr Radhakrishnan Teachers Welfare Association on the glorious Teachers Day.His tireless efforts towards spreading the wings of literacy has gained due recognition and motivates us too to do our best.

School of Allied Health Sciences proudly celebrated National Sports Day 2025 in honor of Major Dhyan Chand. On this occasion, we applied for the Fit India Movement and were delighted to receive 150 certificates from Fit India. We sincerely thank Fit India Mission, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, and all participants for their enthusiastic support in promoting fitness and sportsmanship.

Our Dean Prof.Dr.B.Sendilkumar has been honoured with "Excellence in Students Support Services 2025"award by EK Updesh media at the Edutech Expo 2025. He has been conferred the honour for his committed efforts and innovative approaches towards creating an excellent teaching and learning platform for young learners.

School of Allied Health Sciences Received as “Best Anti Drug Club in Salem District “ from Honourable Minister & Salem District Collector by actively participated in Various activities on Drug Free Tamilnadu and Secured First Place in Salem District 

School of Allied Health Sciences, VMRF-DU, Prof.Dr.B.Sendilkumar,Dean-AHS, VMRF-DU has been awarded the "Edupreneur of the Year 2025" at the Indian Education Awards 2025 organized by Entrepreneur in association with Meity Startup Hub,Association of Indian Principals,Indian Small Business and Franchise Association at the award ceremony held in Chennai today.
